Yet the M-Audio Delta Control Panel shows the volume bars sliding up and down as if something were playing. Same deal as with ASIO?
I have no idea where the sound is going, or how it is getting to my headphones I guess it's a limitation of the ASIO driver then? Essentially, when I change the volume of the system using the mixer slider in the bottom right on Windows, it doesn't change REAPER's volume whatsoever.

What I do is have everything at 0 db Reaper's master fader, Windows sound control, the volume in the Audiophile panel, all media players then the volume matches between playing in Reaper and playing in another player after exporting. I'm using Camtasia to record my screen and audio, and it listens to 'system audio' to record the audio you are playing on your computer.
